Information Abundance
When it comes to information, abundance can be a curse as well as a blessing. You can read countless books and blog posts about how to manage information, but have no idea what it looks like practically to put those concepts into action. As one student told me recently: “I have all the tools and none of the results!”. When we looked at the totality of all that feedback, there was such a clear takeaway: people didn’t need more content, they needed to put it into practice.
